帳戶與資料刪除

你可以透過以下方式，要求刪除 FinPets 帳戶及相關個人資料。

提出刪除要求

請用註冊帳戶嘅電郵地址寄信到 Sales@trafficholic.com，或致電 +852 6898 8500。電郵標題請寫「FinPets 帳戶刪除」，並說明要刪除整個帳戶或指定資料。

我哋可能需要核實身份，先處理刪除要求。請勿提供密碼或登入驗證碼。

刪除前要知道

刪除帳戶可能令你失去相關寵物、遊戲進度、好友關係及其他帳戶資料。請先保留需要嘅紀錄。我哋會回覆要求嘅處理情況及任何依法需保留嘅資料。

解除安裝 App 或清除本機資料，唔等於刪除伺服器帳戶；如要刪除帳戶，請提出上述要求。

To request deletion of your FinPets account and associated personal data, email Sales@trafficholic.com from your registered email address with the subject “FinPets account deletion”, or call +852 6898 8500. We may verify ownership before processing. Uninstalling the app or clearing local data does not delete your server account. Never send passwords or verification codes.
